Replacement for Rodenstock progressive life

Gentleman (71 years) has been wearing the same pair of Rodenstock Progresive Life 2 aspheric glass lenses fitted 5mm above pupil cross for at least 10years! Now so damaged that he is forced to replace. What product would you suggest for his new pair to avoid non-adaptation?

I've tried Younger Image, Shamir Genesis, Ovation, Natural and even tried Shamir Autograph II, it's really a hit and miss. That is such a hard lens to get people out of
