adjust the nozzle for water, check the water temperature and add some additive in order to eliminate air bubbles.

check if the correct macro is loaded for particular lens material

check the parameters with recommended from SATISLOH

try to decrease the peak height

try to turn the cutting plates to another position (every cutting plate has 4 positions). If nothing changes you will need to send the PCD cutter back as a claim.

Ditto the above. Is the PCD direct from LOH or is it a knock-off supplied from someone else? It's quite possible that the back relief cut on the point is either too flat or too sharp, which is what is causing the pull-outs of the plastic material. You may also have to play around with spindle speed as well, as the spindle may be turning too slow for that particular cutter.
