Found out today Novamatic is out of business. Does anyone know of a source for belts for this unit? I called a few places (NuTec) today, but they all said that their belts are different sizes.
The belts look like something you could find a vacuum store, but thought I'd check in here first. tHEY ARE ~14.5 INCHES IN circumference.
Contact Granger, they probably have them.
Who is Granger? Nothing Ophthalmic or optical is coming up on a google search.....
BIG industrial supply house with offices all over. Many times it's cheaper and better to go outside the optical network for parts.

My belts just broke this week also, My local hardware store melted them together with a soldering gun. He tells me they are called O-rings and not belts. Mine were made from Neoprene and to order you need to know the inner and outer diameter and thickness. This website has what you are looking for http://www.mcmaster.com/#o-rings/=h18ahc. Good luck.
Melting them together didn't work. Ordered them from Mcmaster. I'll keep you posted.
