The Fake of globalization

Hi All
This just a loud thinking from my side as i see the globalization the new world is asking for is a fake as anyone from undeveloped country can not find a job as a lab manager or lab director in USA and Canada
Actually ,i want to ask you if you saw someone out of the nation and Canada work in managerial position in our field ?
please share your experiences with me

Well I am not an American and have been in the U.S. for 6 years now. I have started my career as a Lab Manager and still working as a Manager at a great company in the field. I don't think finding a job in Canada or the U.S. has anything to do where you are from. It is all about your optical knowledge, managerial capabilities, experience in the field, and so on. Some people I have interviewed in the past think they know a lot but in reality they don't know anything, I think thats the real problem.

In the USA and Canada there is close to 90% of all the labs under foreign management and also ownership
