Zyloware sent us a large order of frames recently that we never ordered (haven't dealt with them for many years). Repeated calls get transferred to voice mail with no follow up response.
I know they can eventually be considered an unsolicited gift but I really just want them to issue a return pick up authorization. So far it's only been a few days but I wonder how much more time I should give this and has anyone else been this boat? How did you resolve it?
