Zyloware sent us a large order of frames recently that we never ordered (haven't dealt with them for many years). Repeated calls get transferred to voice mail with no follow up response.
I know they can eventually be considered an unsolicited gift but I really just want them to issue a return pick up authorization. So far it's only been a few days but I wonder how much more time I should give this and has anyone else been this boat? How did you resolve it?

We had a similar deal with 24 Calvin Klein frames....
We have 2 left and still no statement (may 2011)
It could be a good problem to have. I wish some frame companies would sent me their frames for free.
I'll pick them up Thursday, but instead of Zylowares I'll take your Silhouettes. Will you take 2 dozen ProV1?
