    High Sphere

Gonna be ordering something around a +23 sph tomorrow. She's been wearing a volk for the past 10 years. Any new recommendations? Contacts aren't an option.

Contact Laramy-K about it. The best bet would probably be a saddleback using a higher index material.

We're gonna do a lenticular myodisc. They're gonna weigh a little less than her current pair.

I should mention that she's also on assistance.

I wanna see pictures when it's done. You're still going to have some plus on the minus side.

You know I will! Imagine what she's wearing now. It's a biconvex in a 46 eye with a 43 B. Her other eye is just a frosted lens for occlusion.

Hmmmm, plus on assistance. Hard to make chicken soup out of chicken poop. I'd call whatever lab you use and punt. It's been ages since I've seen an aphake with a decompensated cornea to boot. And I'm sure now that I've said that I'll see three next week so please let us know the outcome. Good luck !
