Hi ICU2020, ACC here in Austin used to work in partnership as a satellite location with another school across the country, but nothing here locally. I tried contacting the person in charge of the program recently, but never heard back. I didn't find it on their curriculum either, so I'm guessing demand was not that high and it was dropped. When I spoke with the professor in charge, she had one student.

In Austin the ACC has a refracting and optical course Sam Johnson and Dr Briggs helped get it started in 2010. Its set up more for techs but optics is taught.
