Bright light seems to increases the gray spots in this patient's vision. Would any combination of gradient tint or transitions help? How about xtra active transitions with a chemistrie clip for inside a car? I have not encountered this condition before.

Is the patient on mydriatic drops as well as steroids???
Remember that dilating drops will effect near vision, so it helps to fore warn the patient.
In any case you gotta go with a photchromatic lens or a clip on. Biggest issues will be photophobia and glare in addition to any Rx issues.
I don't think AR will benefit the patient as much as it would you. Good luck !!
