Like a base up arrow

I am seeing a pt today that the lasttime we saw her was in 2005. Her RX was
-4.25 -0.50 x165
-5.25-0.75 x20
+2.75 add
the past optical person did a LitestyleVarlux Pan w/ a seg ht of 19 and pds of 29/29.5 her base curve wase5.


I was planning on doing a VarluxComfort 2?


But in our notes at the bottom of heroptical card is written “[an up arrow] add line to sght lc141”


Not sure of what this means. The arrowis like a Base up arrow.

Here's another piece of info.


The Dr thinks that it means that theadd was brought up from a 2.5 to a 2.75 b/c of the sght.. OK nevermind I thank he's rite. I see it. But the Comfort 2 Good to change2?

Rite, I have. and it is what I had posted. It was just a note that alos appeared on 2 of her other 2 cards from 2 years before that.
