running a LoH V-50 with water?

I completed the v50 v75 training and at the classes I was told the germans who made them run them with water only and no coolant, has anyone heard this and or are they doing it? I know coolant has its benefits but my worry is the fine mist thats comes from my drain tube and wofts into the air, Im sure the effects of breathing coolant and de-foam arent good. It is a small amount of fine mist per grind and I dont want to compramize the temp of my lab by venting it and the AC out the window, other than running water we are working on redirecting the mist away and down into the catch. Ideas anyone?

It is possible to work with tap water, but all water that leaves the generator you have to lead to waste. If you use the tap water only in a circuit, the temperature will raise and you got the problems like mentioned above. It is quite expensive solution and could be used when you have problems with coolant.
