If you were doing business with a lab and left for another lab due to "Quality and Turn Around time" what could the lab do to get your business back?
Thanks

That issue should've been worked out if they hoped to keep the business. It's not like the office wouldn't bring it up or talk to management, I would think.
So it's unlikely they'd come back anytime soon.
issue definitely needs resolved, because if your lab is giving your trouble, you can bet your pts are upset. And then your current lab must go south. Flip-flopping between suppliers is a pain. A lab is only one of a hundred suppliers we have to deal with, and each one needs to understand that and respect that. I often see suppliers come thru that think they are the only one and don't respect our limited time. We try to respect their time by being on time, paying our bills on-time, selling their products, allowing them to stock their wares rent free, ect.... and we expect the same professionalism and team work in return.
Understood...
Not sure if this is something that just happened to you, but here in the states we see a ton of managed care business in December and January thus we expect turn times to jump from 2-3 days to 4-5 or even longer. Labs get crushed during their busy times and just being understanding of that is half the battle. Have you discussed it with the lab manager or director?
