Does anyone have a copy of "Optical Formulas Tutorial" that they want to part with?

In my move from one optical to another, I found that mine went missing (I probably lent it out to another optician and forgot to get it back). I love having it close to me in the optical as a quick go-to guide if something pops up that I don't run into often.

I could purchase it online, but I thought I might try to save a few bucks and see if anyone had one sitting around collecting dust that they wouldn't mind parting with. Can't hurt to check. :) I don't care what edition it is - I don't think that optical formulas change much from year to year. ;)

    Thanks,
    William

*** (Edit - to be clear, I'm not asking for anyone to just give me a copy, I would be more than happy to purchase a used copy. Thanks.) ***

I have a copy from my teaching days (autographed by authors) that I won't part with.... but Amazon has used copies that are not discounted very much, so it must be a bit rare. I imagine students sell-them-down within their school programs, so you might try some of the NFOS school's web sites.
