    Question Select Health Coding Help Please! Thanks!

    So im going round and round with them lol
    They want a "Preventative Diagnostic Code" in order to pay and I can find nothing stated as preventative I am not a provider for them so they refuse to help me. Anyone out there that deals with them any help would be greatly appriciated!

    92004 with 367.0 was used and they deny it and will not tell me why "We cant help you with coding" Call our coding help hotline...ya tried that numerous times never get called back!

    It was a first exam for a 8yr old kid. W/no rx needed.

    Are they wanting V72.0? Thanks so much for input!

    V72.0 is the proper diagnosis code for emmetropia. No abnormal findings in a routine exam.
