Sorry, don't got that one. But they are drilled mostly with #52 bit. and if it has two vertical holes for the temples they're 8mm apart. Hope that helps some

these have a notch and a hole for both temple and nasal. Temple notch and hole are horizontal to eachother but nasal notch and hole are not. thanks again. im exploring other options.

we frequently get paitents with cartier frames and i would like to have the drill charts for the shapes just to have on file.

For my money, drill charts are, at best, a beginning point from which one calculates optimal hole and notch sizes and spacing. this is best done trial and error, and use a template/lens that came with the mounting.

More often than not, in my experience, the charts are not optimal.

I agree with barry. always tril and error on new rimless; even simpler ones we check it before drilling- some of the silihoutte type rimless we get have 3mm between pins on nasal and 3.25 on temple!

    Hello Berry,

I would also agree with Berry, as I told all the Smart Drill accounts. Just have a large square lens that you can use to test the "Inset from Lens Edge movement" and the mm distance from Notch or 1st hole to 2nd hole for both Nasal and Temple. The actual height position is just a variable that changes from lens shape to next lens shape.
However I would have to disagree with James, if you are using the same mounting Sleeve for any Silhouette type mounting system, then the hole separation should always be the same

    Chuck:
I try to tell my accounts what not to buy, and I am yet not at the position to return frames I mentioned above ( cutomers are nice and it doesn't happen often), so the hole separatioin should be same but sometimes they are not( bad frame !!!). Yesterday I just finished a frame (big name on it) silihoutte type, the pins are only 2mm long.

    Hello James,

I was not talking about the pin length, just the separation between the holes. Since Silhouette did not patent their mounting system, almost every company (other than Aspex) has matched the Silhouette sleeve as closely at they can. That's why most sleeve's are about 1.4mm in outside diameter and 3 mm separation.
