Mira-Flex makes them & they are awesome!! I have patients as young as 6months wearing them! I have older kids wearing them in their pools too with no problems! Kids & parents love them! :D

The frames are great and you can interchange the colors. The frames have won quite a few awards, I would check them out. Not on their website yet, but they will have at VEW.
