I need help with finding Comparable lenses

I'm working on doing some work for another office and was asked this question recently.

If I were to substitute lenses for the below, what would they be?

• Definity
• Definity short
• Physio, Physio Enhanced, Physio Short
• New Varilux Comfort
• Hoya Summit EP
• Zeiss RD
• Office
• Access

I really dont have experience with the majority of these, thus I'm looking to the body politic of Optiboard for input.

For the general purpose PAL's, I'd suggest looking at all of Seiko's products. Free form, digital and reasonably priced.

Definity 50/50 add design - any comparable digital will do.
Definity short 50/50 add design - any comparable digital will do.
Physio, Physio Enhanced, Physio Short Digitally designed mold - any digital will do as well as or better
New Varilux Comfort Old Varilux Comfort - really there's not much difference
Hoya Summit EP Was Hoya's 'best' molded design. Any other premium 'soft' design will work IMO
Zeiss RD Same answer as above. Any other premium 'soft' design will work IMO
Office Access
Access Office
*Office and Access are made very differently - but in the end they do the same thing.

YMMV but these has been my experiences when dispensing lenses to patients that had these lenses previous to their new pair(s).
