Looking for a P3 with cable

I have someone looking for a 42-21 eyesize P3 shape with cable temples. The one he is wearing looks like a really old luxottica.

The art-craft frame I would normally choose doesn't come smaller than a 46 eyesize, unfortunately.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Find something in a P-3 without cables, then do cable conversion, you can custom lenght it then. And when the cable tip dies, you can replace it.
