He can either put his faith in his chosen ECP or look to us for advice. However, we won't be giving any regardless of how artfully he poses his questions or argumentative he becomes.

no it doesn't have to be a question I just wasn't sure if you were looking for advice about said engineer, just ranting, or what. I just didn't get the point of the post. Like I said I'm slow sometimes no knock on you.
