    Software programs

We are looking to get a program in our office. We currently have none and the Doctor and I have been looking. I've used Opto, and have been very happy with it. She doesn't want to get that one because it's a dos program. Nothing that we look at seems to really impress us, and they're not cheap! Any suggestions?

Amy, for the past 14 years we have used the Eyecom2 program from Healthline Systems. It's a really great, complete software package that can be acquired in parts; check them out at www.eyecom2.com. They also have excellent customer support.

We have been using Websware since 1990. It is a Unix based system but they are developing a Windows version. The system has Point-of-sale, inventory, marketing, insurance, accounting modules. You can view their website (www.websware.net) if you want more information.

    Hope this helps
    Bill

Websware is great. Depending on your needs also look at CC Systems and Delta. Excellent to grow systems.

    Software..

So no one flies off the handle here, I work for National Optronics, Inc..
We make a program called Visual Lab which is a Windows based program that is economical and has the features you need for a retail environment. It sells for less that most of the packages out there and I hope you will give us a look.
