possible job hunt

In looking at want ads I found ihireoptometry.com. Nice site and they actually have jobs posted in my area. They however charge a fee to apply for a job. I was wondering if this site is any good or if anybody has used it before.

Let me tell you something I've noticed...

I've worked at 2 places that used Craisglist to "hire" people. I will just say that the riffraff that has been walking in the doors and people applying are ATROCIOUS! I am not sure what it is about Craigslist but I've noticed all walks of life come walking in, dressed like they just woke up, can't spell worth a darn, etc. You can tell the people who are out to "apply" because they're made to from the Unemployment office.

I would also caution to a place advertising for jobs but you have to pay..who wants to do that? Oh...scammers. Just be aware..
