Confused Looking for Retro Drill Mount

About 6 months ago I saw a frame similar to a Zeiss frame i used to sell 20 yrs ago.
I have a patient wanting this style frame. Does anyone have an idea where i can find this style frame? (low temple, faceted, large eyesize) I cannot remember the style # and hers has worn off the temple. Thanks for your help!

    Thank you.

I wish i had a picture. That is part of the problem. It is not a vintage frame. Was available right before Zeiss stopped selling to the U.S. in the 1990's. I would say the eyesize would be 58 or 60? Thanks. Is Ladies 3 pc. mount. Demos usually came with double gradient tint (like blue-rose)

I have an old Berdel drill mount chassis with a drop temple, can't remember what the original shape was called. But if you can reproduce the lens shape this might work.

Kind of sounds like the old Andromeda frame, that was usually sold with faceted lenses, I saw that Shuron sells something similar, the Classic 28. might want to check with them.

No, it's not the Andromeda, that was a semi-rimless grooved in a metal surround. The BerDel I have is a full three piece mount with drop temples (sferoflex) and the bridge has the front plate that the screws go through into the rear plate with the nosepads.

Like I said, the Shuron Classic 28 might fill the bill for what optishay was looking for, I had forgotten that the Andromeda had the groove as well as the drill.

You may also want to check out Artcraft and Universal/Univis, they have similar frames.
