Hi, can anyone tell me about this lens? Any success fitting it or many non-tols? What lens is it comparable to?
Any info will help!

It is a decent, bottom of the line lens. Very soft.
Success, yes, but I have had success with adaptars and everything else too. Is it a good lens? No. Is it serviceable? Yes.
we used it as our 100% covered union lens when I was in NYC...would never use this lens now that I'm in a private OD. There are some other lenses around the same price point that are better. The lowest end PAL I fit is a Hoya Amplitude. It comes in a short corridor called the mini if you plan on using the navigator short but the cost of the Amplitude and Amplitude mini is actually less.
thanks for your replies
What is the difference between navigator and navigator s?
Navigator = 20mm min fitting ht
Navigator S = 14mm min fitting ht
S is probably the short. http://www.signetarmorlite.com/lab/index.asp?page_id=30
