I have a relative who works for Lens Smashers. When Dallas gets ice on the roads things simply shut down. It normally is just a day at a time, so no big deal. This year some brainiac at LC decided that employees who did not go to work because of ice would get paid but managers who did not would not get paid. Am I over-reacting, or is that just about the worst form of upper-management possible? Who in their right mind would actually WANT to work for a company that thrives on demotivation?
