myotor lenticular bifocal

hi there im new to this site and just finding my way around so please be patient, is anyone familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of the myotor bifocal and are they available to order

You sure it's a lenticular and not a myodisc?

in the book the principles of ophthalmic lenses by mo. jalie its described as a solid double lenticular lens similar in form to the upcurve bifocal but with a surrounding afocal margin......but i cant seem to find out much else about it
