    ***BROKEN RECORD ALERT***

OK, we've updated the method of selection of frames. Who fits them? At least they know enough not to attempt multifocals.

Simply go to your local optician and get an eye test. At the end, the optician will provide you with a copy of your prescription.
We recommend you ask the optician to include your pupillary distance (PD) on your prescription. Your PD is the distance between your two pupils measured in millimeters (eg 60).Technically, PD is not a required measurement, so it is often not included in prescriptions. However, it is very helpful for us to have when making your glasses to ensure that they fit you perfectly.

Your 'optician' for an exam ? Also states it's 'helpful" for them to have a PD
