    Santinelli 9000 or 7070SX?

    Hello my fellow Optiboarders!

I have a question. Currently I have a Santinelli 7070SX. I love our edger and we are in the market for another. I am looking for a wet edger. I am considering another 7070 since I understand the machine now but then I started thinking that getting the 9000 might be good. I have never used a 9000.

    Any ideas, comments or suggestions?!

Thank you in advance for your input!

ME-1200. Or ME-1000 since the prices will be coming down with the release of the 1200. But of the two choices, I'd go with the 9000 as a more advanced edger. Since it's newer, Santinelli will support it longer and it's a good machine (not that the 7070 is bad). I like the design of the 9000 more as well, but that's mostly personal preference.
There are rules. Knowing those are easy. There are exceptions to the rules. Knowing those are easy. Knowing when to use them is slightly less easy. There are exceptions to the exceptions. Knowing those is a little more tricky, and know when to use those is even more so. Our industry is FULL of all of the above.

You might also look at new LEX 1000 and LE 1000. Used I would want a 9000, if I had the money to buy one.

I have a 9000 series and love it, but you can most likely save a few thousand by buying a used 7070 model.
