Gone are those sad memories of that "John Thompson wannabe" who almost destroyed Maryland basketball...............
Congratulations to fellow alum Coach Gary Williams for brining pride back to College Park.....which at this time at 1:00 am is.....well, which I was there!
Wow, Maryland captures the ACC title in Football and the National Championship in Basketball in the same year! Looks like the entire athletic program is peaking at once!
Congrats, and I hope to have as much to smile about with my Nittany Lions someday (though probably not this coming year...)

Way to go Terps! It does my little old displaced Maryland heart proud to see it. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when the Ravens won the Super Bowl, but this is a close second!:D

Actually,Pete, I miss when PSU and UM played each other. It would be nice to see that old game played every couple of years.
