It is hard I know, I'm a young newb in the profession. Its hard to feel like I have something to add to a discussion amongst people that far far outweigh my experience. If we want these two big contributors back, I think its gonna be up to us newer folk to give them a good reason to stay and share with us.

Any Ideas?

During my almost year of silence, I have come back to this particular post many times. This gentleman succinctly summed up my feelings better than I ever could. It really touched me to think that our participation really helped some members and may have made a difference.

I have often wondered if the 9 members that voted no have stepped up to help, have tried to make a difference?

Thanks to all who voted yes and who may have actually missed Brother Johns, and my wacky tough love perspective, our chop busting, and our basic desire to help and try to make a difference!

It is a combination of newer members like yourself and a core group of more seasoned members that have kept my interest in this place and have swayed me to come back and participate!

As for meeting both of us in person...............well............miracles do exist!
