There are rules. Knowing those are easy. There are exceptions to the rules. Knowing those are easy. Knowing when to use them is slightly less easy. There are exceptions to the exceptions. Knowing those is a little more tricky, and know when to use those is even more so. Our industry is FULL of all of the above.

You provide him with advice and the eyewear still won't work because ti's not properly fitted and in this case he might even get a PAL :hammer:. You don't provide him with any information and he is just another mark for the online vendor. Provide him with fake advice in a joking manner and we look unprofessional.
How to deal with situations like this?

We don't carry drill mounts at my particular location, but my frames and lenses are still coming from our company. Not that uncanny.
Also, it is actually Transitions VI. I looked at our lenses to confirm.
If someone wants drill mounts, we can order them, but don't have such frames on display or in stock. Most of the time the takers are in multifocals, so ordering would be messy at best.
