Looking For Lab/Optical tools, equipment, etc...

I'm opening an optometry office, and I don't have anything yet. I won't be doing anything other than fitting the glasses.

Does anyone have any of the following:

Tools for adjustments
lensometer
pupilometer
nosepads/screws
frame warmer
anything else I'm leaving off

Hey I work for an Optician in San Diego who has a storage unit full of used optical equipment (American Lensometer, Gultan Biometrics Projection Lenseometer, ect.) and is looking to sell all of it.. any advice on the best place to post/bring the equipment to be sold? Thanks in advance!
