Is the centration chart the same for both the iQ summit CD and the original summit CD? Lens Guru doesn't have the char for the iQ version so just checking...

Yes. You should use the same centration chart for Summit CD and Summit CD iQ. Similarly, you should use the same centration chart for Summit ECP and Summit ECP iQ.
