There are no prongs, wires, magnets on this clip mechanism. It is a simple spring clamping system plus lens notching technology to secure the clip on in position. Aspex's patent would require both frames and clips mounted with magnets as a set! My design is pretty much universal fit to most frames. There is no patent infringement!
