The best answer you're probably going to get is it depends on your state's rules. I don't know the reimbursement rules for Ohio, so I can't answer what the state reimburses. But, I can tell you for certain no one is going to answer the profit question outside of the pro forum, because that would require a comment on costs, which can't be mentioned in the general forum. The only optical I can think of that I know deals with Ohio Medicaid is Classic Optical in Youngstown, OH, (330) 759-8245, you can try asking there, but I won't promise that they'll be able to answer your question

Thanks for the information. I did know about Classic, and I have already had them saved as bookmarks. I did not know we have restrictions on different forums. learning is endless.
