It's easy to criticize behind a mask. I freely have my name, location and information available to any of those who view Optiboard. If people don't like our discussion group they don't have to participate. The fact that we have an international group that discusses all kinds of issues makes this forum interesting and informative. How we use that information is up to each of us as individuals. No one forces any idea on the next person. We freely discuss and disagree and get angry at times but we don't take any person's rights away. My comments are the same as if you were standing face to face with me. If you want to legitimize your greivances, reveal your identy. Otherwise your vandalism of this forum is viewed just that way and has little merit in my view.

All Problems can be solved if ..
1. It can be described precisely and to the point.
2. No prejudice should be allowed to hold roots.
3.The complaining person has to be willing to solve understanding
that it might be his/ her own problem rather than anybody elses.
4. All those who are blamed ( or think so taht they are are being) should be ready to give another chance to let the complaintant explain rather than saying go away if you do not like.
I am an Indian half an earth away from US ,I many a times fall short of undertsnding and explaining what I want to say. Some times things are super aliens to me. But I am happy over here. I do not feel that it's a lobby or cacus working together for some vested or undisclosed benifits.

As I sit here I wonder who is this nut? We have customers that are like "it" and we acknowledge that we can not please everyone,,just what is the true complaint? I wonder how much time this person has on their hands to be writibg such a post on "OUR" board......to who ever you really are I am sorry that you feel we are all against the comman decency that we seem to share on a daily basis.
