    Feel more like Oscar from Sesame Street than 'The Oscars'

    Why doesn't Optiboard create an annual awards, in which all the members of said organ vote for a shortlisted member in each catagory (is this sounding original enough?).

    Maybe you could gove away hugely exciting and expensive prizes away for the winners, like a weekend in Compton or a deluxe set of Essilor toe clippers?
