I just put all my luxotica frames on clearance. The rep for our area is a major *****. The sad part is her hubby is a rep as well and we love his line, but he will not service our account. I put in a complaint with the VP of sales w/ luxotica becuase they tried to close down our account and not honor warranties. Her hubbies account manager also has heard of her problems with accounts, the account manager was more then happy to take control of the account and get the commission. Marchon seems to be going the same way.

    Sad but true...

Yes we have been carrying Ray Ban for awhile now too, only for it's brand name recognition, but sadly I think it's time to let it go...

It was the only line we carried that the big "L" did, but now that our second rep has unexpectedly quit and the previous rep (who now works for a L'amy) told us how badly Luxottica treat their reps, I think we are going to consider selling what we have off and moving on....

Any advice on a good sun glass line to take it's place???

And yes, as of next fall we are selling our Coach frames off too....... traders!

Ahhh yes! Those were the days!:bbg:

Now... it's off to the Craft room to make some toilet paper covers out of yarn, pipe cleaners, and whatever else the Activities Director brings with her today!
Don't be knocking us crafters who like making stuff out of yarn!! :)
I have to laugh because at my last CEC class I was at, I was crotcheting a blanket for a cat bed, (I find it helps me pay attention to have my hands busy while listening to a lecture in a dark room) and the guy next to me asked if I was making a toilet seat cover.
