I would have to say during the day, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays being the 9-7 day..I'm finding myself reaching for something sugary to get my fix. When I'm home..it's generally making something delicious for the fiance and I, then kicking back and watching some hockey but we have recently started liking all these paranormal shows on tv.

What do I reach for at work? Usually the bottle of advil.. but I have been known to snack on sugary things like mints, and chocolate.
Outside of work I am an avid gamer. World of Warcraft, and Civilization being the bigger ones I play. I also have my daily sudoku and almost daily scrabble games (thank you Facebook!) that I play with friends as well. We don't use anxiety meds.. we just have scrabble therapy! Most likely dirty word scrabble :)

We have no coffee maker in my new office and clearly never will (it's simply un-American) so I make do with Diet Coke. After work it's generally my once a day indulgment of and much anticipated glass of wine and a smoke.

I can confirm beer too. Add coffee to that mix also.
Unfortunately, I have had to give up both recently. Hopefully not permanently. Four months. Though, I did have beer on Saturday (which I found out was still too early).
Maybe you could have deep friend beer AND coffee? :bbg:

I have recently had to give up my morning coffee, because I'm starting to get old and it's giving me heartburn. I haven't been able to give up caffeine just yet, so Dr. Pepper has become my daily recommended caffeine intake. Eventually, I'll be down to just Sprite or water. X-P
I love pepperoni pizza. I'm not a foodie at all, but I could eat pizza any day of the week.

Optiboard! I get very little socialization at work since the other Optician retired a year ago, and I'm tucked away over here or back in the Lab all by myself for most of the day. Occassionally I'll loiter at the front desk with the other gals, but this is most of my camraderie, here with you all!
