    JG,
You have already completed the difficult part. Just take it easy and you should be fine.

Scott! Thanks for your encouragement and you were right! The State exam was EASY! I was so surprised i did everything twice to make sure I was not overlooking anything! it went well and I am looking forward to getting the license! I as you may have already gathered pretty sure I passed unless I did a huge mistake that I overlooked!!!!

    Thanks again!

Well thinking back on the exam I think I did make a big mistake! I set the pupillometer at 35 as requested by the exam and took her pd's I took those as the distance and subtracted 3mm from that for the near. I cannot believe I made such a mistake! I have been doing this for over 6 years and I feel sick about it! Now I am not feeling so good about results! yuck! :(

How many parts are there? I just sat for the boards in NC and there are 9 parts. I was just wondering.

well we did Lens Id AND fitting side by side, I would count it as two parts but not sure how the State splits it up. we had Lens measuring and callip together and neuralization was if I recall correctly was by it's self. so I would say 5 parts? They called all of this practical portion 1 and I had to do a seperate date, a computerized test which was prism and vertex compensation which was called practical portion 2.
