Smilie Best general sunglasses for overcast days?

Just as the question asks... what do you think are best for overcast days? Just general vision (ie: not for a specific sport or activity) Brown polarized?

I really like my Drivewear lenses and also my Kaenon C12 (Read Copper colored polarized lenses) In the end, any lens with a yellow base (brown, green, copper) rather than a blue base (grey) will be better in flat light conditions such as cloudy days. The yellow base will increase contrast and help mitigate low level blue light that causes blurring/hazing and has been connected with Mac. Degen.

UV Blocking clear lenses, always the best for lower light situations.

If you need, NEED a tint, though, I do like my Drivewear lenses

Really... clear? Granted UV light is a factor but what about suppressing light/glare? Clear would be my choice for night time/dusk certainly but then, why the UV?

We are using a polarized Transitions Grey or brown with a Lilac Mirror; They are awesome and no one else sells them.

I love me my Drivewear. Although I don't love the thickness of them, when I got them my lab couldn't get it in poly yet...I really need to upgrade the Rx in those things... (stupid -6ish Rx.)

Love is a duet, each voice complementing each other and making them sound better than they would alone, each voice at times stepping back and letting the other shine. We've got a pretty good duet going Tina.

On April 28th, I'll be marrying my best friend. I can't wait!

When people say overcast, I imagine OVERCAST. That, combined with the fact that it's getting dark earlier and earlier, and people sometimes don't carry around a second pair of glasses means that any darkly tinted lens will become a dangerous hindrance at dusk. And any, ANY pair of glasses you have should block 100%UV. Cataracts and all that jazz.

Still, Drivewear for near about anything else.

Yeah, Drivewear's good. Also Maui Jim with the rose version lenses are really good (the glass lenses of course, not that poly crappe).
