Ioconnell-
Would you mind explaining how "real" Irish citizens celebrate St. Patrick's Day?
I am under the impression that it is quite different than how most American's celebrate and I would appreciate the information.
Thanks in advance -
Karen
On paddys day we enjoy ourselves and that is the main thing.
Most either go to a lively parade or watch it on tv. You wear shamrock and have a good time. The all ireland club hurling and football finals are on. And of course go to the pub and drink Guiness. Then on the day after everyone has a hangover and most shops and business' are closed
