    seriously?

I had 5 of my coworkers try on my glasses and they can't see out of them, and then I tried on her glasses and I could see great. I'm coming back in and I want my money back.

(Not to mention this someone who ordered their glasses in Feb. and didn't come in to pick them up till we sent them a letter, and who refused to sit down for us to adjust the glasses and give him his first time glasses/progressive tutorial.)

*Sigh* Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed in the morning.
Bart Smith, continuing to be awesome since 1982 so that you don't have to.

Love is a duet, each voice complementing each other and making them sound better than they would alone, each voice at times stepping back and letting the other shine. We've got a pretty good duet going Tina.

On April 28th, I'll be marrying my best friend. I can't wait!

Save yourself more time and money and give her the money back. She sounds like she is the type to come in with endless complaints and problems. We have all had patients like that. They are frustrating but a part of the business I suppose.

Sounds like an male office manager in an engineering firm.........with mid-life crisis/manopause coupled with a substance abuse problem. The absence between order and pickup was probably due to divorce, incarceration, or a forced stay in a mental institution.....not necessarily in that order.

Now......do you feel better! Rise and shine, be awesome, and remember:

There is nothing in life you have to do, except die.....everything else is a choose to do.

Check the glasses to make sure they were made exactly to the valid Rx that the patient supplied you with and asked you to fill. If the Rx checks out send them on their way so that they can start to work on the real problem-where ever that is- since it isn't with you! No refund, and no need to further continue helping that patient if they continue to make unreasonable requests.

Heh, mostly wanted to vent a little. The guys coming in today, here's hoping that he'll actually let us adjust his glasses and explain them to him this time. Although it is tempting to send him to someone I don't like, but I really can't think of anyone around here that fits that bill.

Then send him somewhere VERY far away, with the comments that "only this one speciallist can help you with your issues." Then give him the address of a strip mine or meat packing plant......
