Needs help with OC position on flat tops!

Can anyone help? Something is affecting the OC position on my flat tops right lenses.
On the left side lenses the OC is perfectly allign to the center of the bifocal, but all the right lenses came out with the OC in the center of the lens and not allign to the center of the bifocal.
Im working with a Gerber syep-one blocker and the SGX generator.

    Thanks for any help!

You say all are doing this? Sounds to me like neither lens is correct. The oc should be roughly 1.5 mm out temporally to the center of the bifocal, and above, according to seg drop, panto, etc. However if you have a prism issue due to equipment, it could move the oc in on one lens and out on the other. Make sure your lenses are seating fully when being blocked and chucked in the generator.

Hi wss2020, The OC in the left lenses are in good position. The problem is just on the right side lenses that is goes out of the center of bifocal by 5mm. Step-one and generator looks to be ok.
Im suspecting thet the problem may be related to the Innovation system.
It's proper to let you know that this equipment was purchased four years ago, but has never been used. This are the first work we are doing in them.

Read the following very carefully: the OC on the left lens is NOT in a good position if it is centered in the bifocal - as wss2020 stated. You MUST understand that if you are to operate a lab.

What have you done to determine that the " step one and generator looks to be OK"?

I suggest that you contact Gerber support for the equipment (800-262-8761) and Ocuco support for the software (866-233-5367). Neither will be free, but will be worth the expense. If the equipment hasn't been used since having been purchased four years ago, it may never have been properly set up, and you cannot do that without some help, unless you are experienced with it.

are all the measurements in the computer that is generating your work ticket correct? i've noticed that sometimes whoever did the imputting can put weird numbers in for oc height, and that can affect which prism ring and the direction you need to point it. that's actually been a big issue when people need to have one eye rx change, and there's a different oc entered (or pd) from the original job.

Thanks for everything, I just fix the problem already.
Maybe Im not explain well in previous messeges, When I mentioned that was in the middle (center) I means that it was in the right place (not in the center of bifocal segment).
I apologize, English is not my primary language and I could be misunderstood.
To determine that the blocker looks to be OK I check the air pressure, the parameters, the rubber foot and spring under the block plate, and set the amount of freebond to the ideal point.
To determine that the generator looks to be OK I make a calibration procedure which resulted in 45.01 (acceptable), and ran a prism test that resulted in same caliper numbers at 0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees. I understand that those test results could determine that both equipments were good (related to prism problems).
The fact that they have not been used, does not means that I have not worked with this same equipment. This ONE had not been installed. But thanks again, problem was solved.

optilady, than you for youre post, We just fix the problem here. But it was exactly what you are explaining in youre message. Something was wrong in the measurements of the system....
