I am asking for definitive information on how to block and layout the Attitude. It comes with Prism compensation based on a 360 degree prism angle and messes everyone up. Can you help?

I presume for Finish blocking.
The Rx is already decentered in the lens. All you need to do it dot it up, make sure the dots are on axis with the engravings, and lay it out like you would any other single vision lens.

Sorry, I'm so used to all of the Single Vision Attitudes that we do that I forgot that it comes in progressives as well....:hammer:
The layout though, is still pretty much the same. Make sure it's on axis and go by the engravings/fitting cross for the layout. The prism is incorporated into the Rx in the lens. You shouldn't need to worry about it at layout.
