Smilie Looking for CMMS to manage Maintenance of Lab

Hi! We recently acquired new machines for our ophthalmic laboratory. We know that a great deal of planning must be done to keep these machines in tip top shape. I'm wondering if any of you guys could suggest a CMMS (computer maintenance management software).

I've found several CMMS on the internet but they all seem to be very complicated. We are looking for something very simple and straight forward like a work order will be generated based on time and meter readings. Most of the CMMS I found on the internet include Purchase Orders and Cost Details which we don't really need.

A simple Excel Spreadsheet should more than suffice. Set it up like the tables you see for automobile maintenance (with hours of use instead of miles driven across row 1). Down Column A write the maintenance item that needs to be performed (regardless of hours on the machine).

Set each one of these up for each machine.
