    can't seem to get it right

    i have a customer who i sold two pairs of eyeglasses too,one was with AR and the other was tinted same brand and rx now the one with AR is fine now the tinted lense is where the problem lies when customer is inside hes fine but once he goes outside he says that the curbs and floor look like they are at a distance or out of character

    Check for warpage. The lenses may have been in the dye pot for too long.

    Is the tinted pair in a larger B measurement frame? Is it a wrap sun? What about panto tilt, vertex, base curve? The same?

    if it is lens warpage and tilt issue the problem should be consistent and not only happen when he goes out right? secondly Stiff mention that the lens are both form the same brand and same Rx so base curve should be the same. the case look interesting to me.. hope a great member here able to point out the problem..
