Black Eye from Silver Dollar has frames with skulls. Not sure of the eye sizes though.

You could probably get some small skull charms from a jewl/bead typr store and solder them on. That would be more fun.

You might check out the new Skechers line from Viva... cant remember if there were skulls specifically, but they had that "knock off Ed Hardy" tattoo type look to them. Also, some of the Harley Davidson frames have small skulls on them, but not sure if he would be able to fit the sizes they come in...
Now who in their right mind would allow their ten year old to wear frames with skulls on the temples? Yes I have seen them for kids and Revolution has them. I won't carry them.
My almost-three-year-old loves seeing anything with skulls on it. He calls them pirates. Daddy's new Harley has Willie G all over it, and my son was tickled looking around to find them all. To me, he's like this tiny little tough-guy. I'd probably let him wear glasses with skulls if he wanted. What would it hurt?

The skull thing seems to be a pre-adolescent fad. By the time they are 13, skulls are out out out.
Viva/HarleyDavidson has some new tween 47-48 eye frames with skulls. I saw them at the AOA convention in Orlando this past weekend.
