    Need help with dipcoating

Since yesterday, i have problems with some mistakes, they look as bubbles.
After dip coating, we canīt see anything. But after the curing oven they are visible.
Temperatures are ok. I have some batches over night in another oven, will see then if this apears also.
Itīs definately on the dip coating, if we scrip off the coating the lens is ok.

Attatched the pictures make with a microscope.

Any ideas, what it could be?

    Thanks

    Rafael

adhesion problem, no crosslinking. Could have dozens of reasons, from surface cleaning to old coating materials, obviously you are using thermocure materials, you could also have storage or shipping problems.

Problem solved. A water line above the oven has a small leak. Water drops falls down at the machine and showerd only sometimes over the lenses that comes fresh out of the fisa. The operator has not noticed this.
And at this place then the mistakes appears, that was why we see them only after the curing street.
