FEA Lab and lack of credits

I have been using FEA for a year now, service is great, credit for warranty work is non existent! Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone recommend another lab with similar pricing?

I would worry more about the quality of the work rathger than price. Try Luzerne Optical.

It sounds like you're getting what you're paying for. I've used them in the past, and we stayed w/them for about a week.

weve been using FEA for about a year...overall i dont think theyre that bad. We have a few jobs here and there but not an everyday thing. And theyre stock pricing is insane!

What are you paying for shipping? I've heard some outrageous amounts, but maybe your experience has been different?
