    how to link step one blocker & sgx to innovations program

    Hi can anyone help! we have recently bought a used surfacing lab but all the port cables for the step one blocker,sgx generator and computer arrived separately un-marked with a separate serial hub! i have tried a few combinations but not sure which is the right way but neither machine will find the entered jobs. if anyone could help i would be eternally gratefull and maybe keep the rest of my hair!!!!
