    Vivid green disposable lenses?

    Hello All,
So I am only familiar with the big brands (J&J, CIBA, Cooper, B&L) and they don't have what she has in mind. She has bright blue eyes (why she wants to change 'em, I dunno) and most greens look aqua or are just not vivid enough. Does anyone know of a bright vivid green contact lens that is disposable? Or isn't? Could you just tell me where you find it?
    Thanks

I've seen a lot of other posts going that way unfortunately.

Is this the way American opticians intend to be part of a respected and recognized profession ?

    Is this thread : http://www.optiboard.com/forums/show...y-Requirements
    Just blahblah ????

I thought this was an exceptional circumstance--someone looking for "vivid" green contact lenses--that justifies an exceptional response.

It will be good for the original poster to see the response from "Comma".

I didn't mean to anger anyone by appearing to support the general on line retailing of eyewear/lenses.

This may be the only place to get them, without going directly to Korea or China. If I were in Renee's position, I might just suck up and do it and not tell anyone.

Thanks for the replies, although asking questions on these froums seems to always open that can of worms. Right or wrong, it exists and well, yes, it sucks that we who serve the customers have to compete with a internet business that relies on people typing in their credit card numbers and going away.
But I thought, hmmm there is an interesting side to this suggested site. It named the manufacturer. If you really wanted, I suppose you could go about setting up an account (although if it's just for one patient that seems a little silly) with the supplier and then you avoid using internet wholesalers, while still "using" them.
I dunno, just a thought. Not really interested in arguing it out with anyone.
    Cheers,
    Renee

As Optiboard can be consulted by general public, you have just made a public endorsement of that crap, even for exceptionnal reasons. Congratulations !
    Did you realize it ?

What's the next step ? An ad in the upper right corner on Optiboard ?

That will be my last comment since online CL is not the main subject of that thread.
